Though we make the process simple and quick for you,
we appreciate that you will have some questions.
We typically pay up to 80% of the current market value of your property. The offer can depend on the location, value and condition of your property and whether it is tenanted.
Not at all. Your circumstances have no effect on the sale of your property.
Initially we will talk on the phone and ask you questions about your property. At this stage we will usually be able to give you an indication of what our offer is likely to be. We then need to carry out a thorough appraisal of property values in your area and make other checks, which we do as quickly as possible.
There’s no obligation on you to proceed once you’ve received our offer. No salesmen will call on you, nor will you be pestered with phone calls. The offer needs to be right for you.
No we offer a STRICTLY PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL service.
We will fit in with your timetable to accommodate your move. Just tell us what you want to do.
Yes, although you may need to move quickly. We can buy your house from you usually at a higher value than a bank or building society. This is because the priority and main focus of a bank or building society is to recover the loan amount outstanding, rather than secure the best price for you. We promise NOT to do this & value your house fairly and realistically.
The sooner you contact us the more likely we are to be able to stop the repossession taking place.
No. You will just need to complete the normal legal documentation associated with any property sale. We will liaise with the solicitor and your existing mortgage or loan company, and take care of all the formalities on your behalf.
As soon as the sale is agreed and completed.
If you don’t have someone in mind already we can recommend you a capable and experienced solicitor to work with you. We will cover the costs upon formal completion of the sale.
No, there are no fees for valuations and we will pay for your legal fees on the sale of your property upon formal completion
of the sale
Houses, flats, maisonettes, bungalows, commercial properties, land, ex-local authority homes and properties.
No, you don’t need to do any of that. We will do this for you & contact them to purchase your house.
No, we are NOT estate agents & operate differently from them. Half the time an agent has heavily overpriced the property therefore it doesn’t sell. We estimate the value of your property from national statistics & area pricings. I.e. If your neighbour sold for say 150k then this would be the rough value of your house.
